EtS-DMAB (Hypochlorous Acid Fluorescent Probe) (E1455030) - IF 

IF of endogenous HClO in RAW264.7 macrophages using the EtS‑DMAB probe. 

Left: untreated cells (RAW264.7 only) show no significant fluorescence. 

Middle: cells incubated with 8 μM EtS‑DMAB alone display weak background signal. 

Right: cells stimulated with 1 μg/mL LPS + 1 μg/mL PMA for 1 h, followed by 8 μM EtS‑DMAB incubation; the generated HClO reacts with the probe to form sulfoxide, triggering strong red fluorescence. Scale bar = 300 μm.
