This product is made of 30% carbon fiber reinforced PEEK raw material. The addition of carbon fiber significantly improves the material's wear resistance and mechanical strength at high temperatures. Its thermal conductivity is three times that of pure resin G series, making it suitable for producing products such as shaft sleeve seals. It can dissipate heat from the bearing surface faster and has a high thermal deformation temperature (339 ℃), which can maintain strength at high temperatures. It can replace metal materials to a certain extent and is used in the automotive and aviation fields. Currently, it is widely used in parts of automotive fuel pumps and transmissions, which can help reduce equipment weight, reduce noise, increase the service life of wear-resistant components, reduce or even avoid the use of lubricants.
