인산 완충 식염수(PBS)는 생물학적 연구에 사용되는 완충 용액입니다. 인산나트륨, 염화나트륨을 포함하는 수용성 염 용액이며 일부 제형에는 염화칼륨과 인산칼륨이 포함되어 있습니다. 용액의 삼투압 및 이온 농도는 인체와 일치하며(등장성) 대부분의 세포에 무독성입니다.
1X PBS 용액, pH 7.3-7.5를 편리하게 준비할 수 있도록 사전 측정된 정제입니다.
원하는 경우 여과 또는 오토클레이브로 멸균할 수 있습니다.
칼슘이나 마그네슘이 포함되어 있지 않습니다.
각 정제를 물 100mL에 녹이면 염화나트륨 137mM, 염화칼륨 2.7mM, 인산염 완충액 10mM가 포함된 1X PBS 용액을 준비할 수 있습니다.
