Poly-L-lysine (ε - PL) is a kind of homomonomer polymer with 25-35 L-lysine residues produced by Streptomyces albulus. It has obvious inhibitory effect on Gram-positive and negative bacteria, yeasts, molds and viruses. It is widely used in food, daily chemical and pharmaceutical products.
