What are the markers for sorting Raw264.7 M1 and M2 cells by flow cytometry? Can they be cultured after sorting?

Most do mouse macrophage sorting will use F4/80, CD11b to determine the total macrophages, and then use CD86 to measure the M1 type, CD206 to measure the M2 type, the above is only as a reference. If the cells obtained by flow sorting still need to be cultured, it is recommended not to use CD206, because CD206 needs to be fixed to break the membrane operation, and the cells will all die. In addition, the expression of M1 and M2 markers is not high, and it is difficult to sort.
