Coomassie Blue Fast Staining Solution - BioReagent, for PAGE, for western blot

Cat. No.: C751629
AVAILABLE TO ORDER
GRADE & PURITY BioReagent ? BioReagent grade — tested suitable for life-science and molecular-biology use. Use for cell culture, assays, and biochemical work needing biological compatibility. for PAGE ? PAGE grade — purity suited to polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. Use for protein/nucleic-acid PAGE where reagent purity affects resolution. for Western blot ? Western-blot grade — suited to protein transfer and immunodetection. Use in Western workflows where reagent purity keeps background low.

Overview

Coomassie Blue Fast Staining Solution is an improved protein gel stain formulated with Coomassie Brilliant Blue G250. It features rapid staining, high sensitivity and safety. Satisfactory staining results can be obtained within 3 to 60 minutes. This non-toxic formula contains no corrosive, volatile strong acids or organic reagents.

Instructions for Use

1. After electrophoresis, take out the PAGE gel and immerse it in sufficient CFAS protein gel staining solution to fully cover the gel.

2. Stain for 3 to 60 minutes at room temperature with gentle shaking on a horizontal shaker.

3. Terminate staining when the desired color intensity is achieved. Rinse the gel with clean water or destaining solution, then capture imaging.
