dATP, 2'-deoxyadenosine 5'-triphosphate, is commonly used in PCR, real-time PCR, RT-PCR, cDNA or DNA synthesis, primer extension, DNA sequencing, and other conventional molecular biology applications. The molecular formula of dATP is C10H13N5O12P3Na3 with a molecular weight of 557.2 (491.2 in acid form). Its maximum absorption wavelength is 259nm.This dATP product is prepared with ultrapure water to a concentration of 100mM. The pH is titrated to 7.5 with high-purity NaOH solution.This product is free of DNase and RNase. This product can be directly used for various molecular biology applications such as PCR.
