DMPX is A 2 selective adenosine receptor ( AR ) antagonist that strongly and selectively blocks hypothermia and behavioral inhibition induced by A 2 adenosine receptor agonists such as NECA. DMPX can be used in the study of Parkinson's disease and other diseases.
