Product Introduction:
This product is a lysate reagent developed by Aladdin with an optimized formula, specifically targeting exosome samples, which can efficiently lyse exosomal proteins. It features advantages such as simple operation and high lysis efficiency. When in use, it can be added to the sample at a 1:1 ratio and mixed well. The lysed protein samples can be used in experiments such as BCA, Western Blot, and proteomics detection.
Operating Procedures:
1.Experimental preparation: Before the experiment, take this product out of the -20℃ freezing environment to thaw. After melting and mixing the lysate thoroughly, place it on ice.
2.Add the exosome sample and the lysate at a volume ratio of 1:1, mix well, and boil at 95℃ for 10 minutes.
3.Centrifuge (3000g, 5 minutes), take the supernatant, and perform experiments such as BCA protein concentration determination, Western Blot, and proteomics detection.
Notes and Disclaimer:
1.This product does not contain protease inhibitors. Please add them by yourself according to experimental needs. Avoid freeze/thaw cycle, and it is recommended to aliquot for storage.
2.To ensure sufficient lysis, the protein concentration after lysis should be less than 2μg/μL.
3.This reagent should be stored away from light.
