Summary
The constructed psj-EGFR vector was transfected into A549 cells using Lipofeetamine2000, and real-time quantitative fluorescence PCR, immunofluorescence and flow cytometry were applied to detect the expression of EGFR gene at the mRNA and protein levels, and tetramethyl azole blue colorimetric assay (MTT), and colony formation assay were used to observe the changes in cell growth.
