Overview
HM03 is a potent and selective HSPA5 (Heat shock 70kDa protein 5, also known as Bip, Grp78) inhibitor. HM03 has anticancer activity
In Vitro
HM03 (0.1-50 μM; 72 hours) exhibits over 50% inhibition at 25 μM concentration in HCT116 cells. ?\nHM03 forms more binding interactions with HSPA5 and HSPA9 than with the other HSP70 proteins. ?\nHM03 exhibits promising inhibition activities from cancer cell viability and tumor inhibition assays. MCE has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only. Cell Viability AssayCell Line: HCT116 cells Concentration: 0.1, 1, 10, 25, 50 μM Incubation Time: 72 hours Result: Exhibited prominent inhibition effect (18% survival at 25 µM).
