Overview

PCR Amplification Buffer (10×, pH 8.3) is a core auxiliary reagent for the Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR). It provides a stable pH environment and necessary ionic conditions for the PCR reaction, ensures the activity of Taq DNA polymerase and other PCR-related enzymes, promotes the specific binding of primers to template DNA, and thereby facilitates the efficient amplification of target fragments.
The main components of this product include 100 mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH 8.3), 15 mM Mg²⁺, and 500 mM KCl, among others.
Procedure (For Reference Only)
  1. Operate according to the specific requirements of the experiment.
  2. PCR Amplification Buffer (10×, pH 8.3) should be used at a working concentration of 1×.
Notes
  1. To avoid a decrease in amplification efficiency, repeated freezing and thawing should be avoided.
  2. Prevent microbial contamination.
  3. For your safety and health, please wear a lab coat and disposable gloves during operation.
  4. This product is for research use only and is strictly prohibited for other purposes.
