Overview

PBS is a white to off white instant granule, and each bag of PBS instant granules can be prepared with 1 L of 1 × PBS buffer solution, which is easy to operate and use. The main components of PBS are sodium chloride, potassium chloride, and phosphate. The concentration of sodium chloride, potassium chloride, and phosphate in 1 × PBS buffer is 137 mM, 2.7 mM, and 10 mM, respectively. PBS is a widely used buffer in biology, which can be used in immunoassay experiments, microbiology experiments, protein biochemistry experiments, etc. The PBS buffer prepared with PBS instant granules can be used in cell culture, washing and other related experiments after treatment with a 0.22 μ m sterilization filter.
Note: All relevant raw materials are AR/GR grade.
Instructions for use
1. Measure about 600 ml of distilled water and add it to a beaker, then place a magnetic stirrer in the beaker.
2. Place the beaker on a magnetic stirrer and slowly add the entire contents of 1 bag of PBS instant granules, stirring the solution until completely dissolved.

3. Add distilled water to the PBS solution in step 2 and make up to 1 L, which is 1 ×. Note: The pH value after preparing a 1 × solution is 7.4 ± 0.2@25 ℃.
