How do I dilute the Test-packed antibodies?
The antibody packaged in Test is not diluted as we have mapped and optimized the titer of the antibody when validating it on cell models. One tube of cell sample {100μL of cell suspension (1x10^6 cells)} with 1 Test (5μL) of antibody is sufficient.
