Descripción general

6X DNA loading buffer (Tricolor) contains three tracer dyes: bromophenol blue, xylene blue FF, and orange G. In 1% agarose gel electrophoresis, bromophenol blue could migrate with~300bp fragment, and xylene green FF could migrate with~4000bp fragment. Orange G can migrate together with~50bp fragments.

Instructions for Use：
1. Melt 6 x DNA loading buffer (trichrome) at 37 ° C;
2. Gently swirl to ensure even mixing of the solution;
3. Add 1 portion of 6xDNA loading buffer (three colors) to 5 portions of DNA samples;
4. Mix thoroughly;
5. Perform electrophoresis after sample loading.
