Cathepsin G substrate (Suc-AAPF-pNA) is sensitive colorimetric substrate for chymotrypsin, human pancreatic elastase, human leukocyte cathepsin G, and peptidyl prolyl isomerase. It is also hydrolyzed by cathepsin G and chymase, and used for the quantitative determination of cathepsin G activity.
