Two-color flow cytometric analysis of CD226 expression on mouse splenocytes. C57BL/6 mouse spleen cells were stained with CD8 alpha Rat mAb (APC) (Ab181178) and either Rat IgG Isotype Control Antibody (Biotin) (Ab180310; Left panel) or CD226 Rat mAb (Ab094290; Right panel) at 0.2 μg/mL. Two-color flow cytometric dot plots showing the correlated expression of CD8 alpha versus CD226 (or Isotype control staining) were derived from gated events with the forward and side light-scatter characteristics of viable mononuclear cells.
