Two-color flow cytometric analysis of CD226 expression on C57BL/6 Mouse splenocytes. C57BL/6 Mouse splenocytes cells were stained with CD8 alpha Rat mAb (AF647) (Ab190218) and either Rat IgG (PE) (Ab180312; Left panel) or CD226 Rat mAb (PE) (Ab212938; Right panel) at 0.1μg/test.
