LPS-stimulated (3 days) C57BL/6 mouse splenocytes (right panel) were preincubated with CD16/CD32 Rat mAb (A412018). The cells were then stained with CD86 Rat mAb (PE-Cy5) (Ab215326) (red) compared to an isotype control (blue). Blue - Rat IgG (PE-Cy5) (Ab190072). Black - Unlabelled control, cells without incubation with primary antibody. Untreated C57BL/6 mouse splenocytes were used as control (left panel).

LPS-stimulated (3 days) C57BL/6 mouse splenocytes were preincubated with CD16/CD32 Rat mAb (A412018). The cells were then stained with CD86 Rat mAb (PE-Cy5) (Ab215326) (right panel) at 0.1μg/test for 1 hour at 4°C. Left panel - Rat IgG (PE-Cy5) (Ab190072).
