Dicumyl Peroxide (DCP)

Product Manager:Nick Wilde

Recent Literature

A cascade reaction, catalyzed by copper, results in the formation of quinazolinone through a radical methylation, sp3 C-H amination, and oxidation process. In this reaction, dicumyl peroxide serves dual functions: as an oxidant and as an effective source of methyl groups.

A rhodium-catalyzed carbonylative annulation process effectively produces thiochromenones through a [3+2+1]-type annulation reaction, using nonactivated aromatic sulfides and terminal alkynes as the starting materials.
