Thick blood film test for microfilariae

Move

Take 3 large drops of peripheral blood in the center of the slide coated into a thick blood film, dry and hemolysis in water, when the blood film is grayish-white, take out and put it under the microscope while wet observation, or blood film after drying staining, generally stained with Kee's stain. Can identify the species.
