Ly-6C Rat mAb (Ab113752) - Flow Cytometry Two-color flow cytometric analysis of Ly-6C expression on mouse bone marrow cells. C57BL/6 mouse bone marrow cells were stained with CD8 alpha Rat mAb (APC) (Ab181178) and either Rat IgG Isotype Control Antibody (Biotin) (Ab180310; Left panel) or Ly-6C Rat mAb (Ab113752; Right panel) at 0.5 μg/mL. Two-color flow cytometric dot plots showing the correlated expression of CD8 alpha versus Ly-6C (or Isotype control staining) were derived from gated events with the forward and side light-scatter characteristics of viable mononuclear cells.
