Two-color flow cytometric analysis of F4/80 expression on C57BL/6 mouse bone marrow cells. C57BL/6 mouse bone marrow cells were preincubated with Mouse FcR Blocking Reagent (Ab219990). The cells were then stained with Recombinant CD11b Antibody (APC) (Ab231304) and either Rat IgG (AF405) (Ab190070; Left panel) or Recombinant F4/80 Antibody (AF405) (Ab232111; Right panel) at 0.1μg/test.
