Fibroneptin is a kind of high molecular weight glycoprotein in extracellular matrix. It is composed of two subunits with molecular weight of 220kda connected by disulfide bond, and is widely distributed in the tissue of the body. In the research of life science, it has been widely used, such as as as as as as as as as cell culture medium, improving cell adhesion rate, enhancing cell metabolism level, shortening cell growth time, and directly adding it to the medium to promote cell growth, proliferation and maintain good cell state.
Ostrhfn is a recombinant human fibronectin derived from rice endosperm cells. Compared with the fibronectin extracted from animals, it has no animal origin, no potential risk of virus infection and better batch stability.

Matters needing attention
It is suggested that osrhfn lyophilized powder should be redissolved with PBS and used as soon as possible after unsealing. The dissolved osrhfn lyophilized powder can be stored at - 20 ℃ for 3-6 months to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.

Usage method
A. Planking / coating:
1. Dilute osrhfn with PBS to the final reference concentration range of 50-100μg/ml, mix well, and then add it to the orifice plate or culture bottle to make osrhfn solution cover the bottom of the culture bottle / plate. Refer to table 1 for specific dosage of osrhfn.
2. Culture bottles / plates with osrhfn were coated at 4 ℃ overnight or 37 ℃ for 1 hour;
3. Suck up the osrhfn solution in the culture bottle / plate, and store it at 4 ℃ after collection. It can be used for coating other culture bottles / plates within one week;
4. Take out the culture bottle / plate coated with osrhfn and directly inoculate the cells;
5. If the coated culture bottle / plate is not used for the time being, please keep it at 4 ℃ and use it up within one week.
