It can promote the increase of vascular permeability, extracellular matrix degeneration, vascular endothelial cell migration, proliferation and angiogenesis. We recommend that this vial be briefly centrifuged prior to opening to bring the contents to the bottom. Reconstitute in sterile distilled water to a concentration of 100-200 μg/mL.
