Descripción general

El ácido láctico es un ácido α hidroxil carboxílico producido a partir del piruvato por la enzima lactato deshidrogenasa (LDH). Este isómero mixto de lactato ha sido calificado para su uso en el cultivo de embriones de ratón. El lactato regula la captación y el metabolismo del piruvato en el embrión preimplantatorio de ratón.
