Flow cytometry analysis of TCR γ/δ expression by rat splenocytes (right panel) compared to an isotype control (left panel). Cells were stained with TCR γ/δ Mouse mAb (Biotin) (Ab210036) at 0.05μg/test for 1 hour at 4°C. Then incubated with Recombinant Streptavidin Protein (R-PE) (rp156150) at 0.1μg/test for 30 minutes at 4°C in the dark. Left panel - Mouse IgG (Biotin) (Ab180306).
