Two-color flow cytometric analysis of TCR Vγ1.1/Cr4 expression on mouse lymph nodes. C57BL/6 mouse lymph node cells were stained with CD19 Rat mAb (APC) (Ab185395) and either Armenian Hamster IgG (Biotin) (Ab191741; Left panel) or TCR Vγ1.1/Cr4 Armenian hamster mAb (Biotin) (Ab191732; Right panel) at 0.3 μg/test. Then incubated with Recombinant Streptavidin Protein (R-PE) (rp156150) at 0.1μg/test for 30 minutes at 4°C in the dark.
