Tris-Phosphate Electrophoresis Buffer, abbreviated as TPE Buffer, is commonly used in RNA gel electrophoresis. It mainly consists of 900 mM Tris-phosphate, 20 mM EDTA, and other components. This product is a 10× concentrated solution and needs to be diluted to 1× TPE with distilled water or deionized water before use.
Operating Steps:
1. Dilute to 1× with distilled water or deionized water.
2. Dissolve agarose in 1× TPE, heat to melt it. After cooling to 55°C, add the dye, then cool to room temperature.
3. Load the sample and perform electrophoresis.
Precautions:
1. After opening the reagent, use it as soon as possible to avoid affecting the results of subsequent experiments.
2. This product is limited to scientific research use by professional personnel. It shall not be used for clinical diagnosis or treatment, nor for food or pharmaceuticals, and shall not be stored in ordinary residential premises.
