Product Introduction:

This product adopts a new rapid transfer formula, which can complete Western Blot wet transfer within 15-40 minutes, with low heat generation and no need for an ice bath. Dilute the transfer solution and use it directly, compatible with methanol and ethanol. Compatible with Tris Gly system, Hepes system, Bis Tris system and other self-adhesive and prefabricated adhesives, compatible with PVDF membrane and NC membrane.

Precautions：

1. If the room temperature is high during the experiment, an ice box can be used to cool down the transfer tank without the need for an ice bath.
2. PVDF membrane should be activated with anhydrous ethanol or methanol before use.

Instructions for Use：

Preparation of 1000 mL rapid membrane transfer solution (1 ×) (both methods have the same effect, please choose according to usage habits):

Film transfer conditions：

1. The transfer efficiency is related to the gel concentration. For various concentrations of 1.0 mm PAGE gel, a constant current of 400 mA can be used for the following duration to completely transfer proteins below 150 kDa. If the molecular weight is greater than 150 kDa, the transfer time needs to be extended by 5-10 minutes：

2. For 1.5 mm PAGE gel, the transfer time in the above table can be extended by 5-10 minutes accordingly.
