Confocal fluorescence imaging of intracellular Zn²⁺ using the PMQA probe. Cells were incubated with 20 μM PMQA for 1 h, washed three times with PBS (5 min each), counterstained with Hoechst 33342 for nuclei, and washed three more times with PBS before imaging. PMQA probe exhibits green fluorescence (Ex/Em: 488/515 nm), and Hoechst 33342 (B113845） shows blue nuclear staining.
