개요

Tesamorelin Acetate is a synthetic peptide analog of growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH), supplied as the acetate salt. It stimulates growth hormone secretion and increases insulin-like growth factor‑1 (IGF‑1) levels. It is widely used in mechanistic studies on endocrine regulation, metabolic physiology, obesity and lipid metabolism, as well as molecular and cellular assays including receptor binding and in vitro cell functional evaluation. This research-grade peptide is suitable for molecular biology and pharmacological research. It is for in vitro research use only and is not intended for human administration.

Sequence: trans-3-hexenoyl-Tyr-Ala-Asp-Ala-Ile-Phe-Thr-Asn-Ser-Tyr-Arg-Lys-Val-Leu-Gly-Gln-Leu- Ser-Ala-Arg-Lys-Leu-Leu-Gln-Asp-Ile-Met-Ser-Arg-Gln-Gln-Gly-Glu-Ser-Asn-Gln-Glu- Arg-Gly-Ala-Arg-Ala-Arg-Leu-NH₂
