Bacteriological Beef Extract Powder is a pale yellow powder prepared from fresh beef through processes such as fat removal, digestion, filtration, concentration and spray drying. It is used for the preparation of microbial culture media, and mainly supplies nitrogen sources and growth factors for microbial growth.
