CBX-12 is a PDC (peptide drug conjugate) that targets tumors in an antigen-independent manner and exhibits antitumor activity. CBX-12 consists of a pH-sensitive peptide ( pHLIP ), a self-immolating linker, and a topoisomerase 1 ( TOP1 ) inhibitor Exatecan.
