Two-color flow cytometric analysis of CD226 expression on C57BL/6 Mouse splenocytes. C57BL/6 Mouse splenocytes cells were stained with CD8 alpha Rat mAb (FITC) (Ab190208) and either Rat IgG (APC) (Ab180313; Left panel) or CD226 Rat mAb (APC) (Ab212941; Right panel) at 0.1μg/test.
