Overview
This kit employs an immunoturbidimetric method for the determination of complement C4 content. The principle is as follows: the anti-complement C4 antibody specifically binds to the complement C4 antigen in the sample, forming immune complexes. These complexes produce a change in turbidity at 340 nm, and the increase in turbidity is proportional to the complement C4 content in the sample, thereby enabling quantitative determination of the complement C4 concentration.
