EHS-Matrixextrakt ist ein löslich gemachtes Basalmembranpräparat, das aus dem Engelbreth-Holm-Swarm (EHS)-Maussarkom gewonnen wird. Seine Hauptbestandteile sind Laminin, Kollagen Typ IV, Plaminogenaktivator und andere Wachstumsfaktoren, die natürlicherweise im EHS-Tumor vorkommen.
Anwendung:Der EHS-Matrixextrakt geliert schnell bei 22°C bis 37°C. Tauen Sie den EHS-Matrixextrakt über Nacht bei 4°C im Kühlschrank auf. Verwenden Sie bei der Herstellung von Matrigel vorgekühlte Pipetten, Platten und Röhrchen. Gelierter EHS-Matrixextrakt kann über Nacht im Kühlschrank bei 4°C verflüssigt werden.
