Overview
ER-Tracker Red is a cell-permeable live-cell stain. It binds selectively to the endoplasmic reticulum and shows no cytotoxicity at low concentrations. This dye is an environment-sensitive fluorescent probe; partial fluorescence can be preserved after formaldehyde treatment. It boasts a long fluorescence lifetime and excellent molar extinction coefficient. ER-Tracker is not suitable for staining fixed cells. Excitation/Emission (nm) = 587/615.
