1. Open the back cover of the camera and install the film in the camera.

4. Place a slide of the specimen to be photographed on the stage. Select the nucleus or cell structure to be photographed under low magnification, then switch to the oil lens to focus on the details of the specimen and prepare for photographing.

1. Developing procedure
(1) the film into the developing tank (do not stick together) first rinse with water to eliminate air bubbles. Then pour out the water, which is conducive to the rapid homogenization of the developing fluid.
(2) from the top of the tank into the mouth of the pre-prepared about 250 ml D-72 type development fluid. 20 ℃ development 4 ~ 12 minutes.

(4) Immediately inject 250 ml of pre-prepared SB-I type stopping solution, stopping time is 10 seconds, pour out the stopping solution, then add 250 ml of F-5 type acidic film fixing solution, 20 ℃ fixing 15 minutes. Take out the film and rinse it under running water for more than 30 minutes.
(5) Hang up the film, gently absorb the excessive water on the surface of the film with a cotton pad, and let it dry.
