Denhardt Solution (50x) Recipe

Recipe

1.Add the following to 900ml distilled H2O

    10g Ficoll 400

    10g Polyvinilpyrolidone

    10g BSA

2.Filter solution prior to storage through a 0.2uM filter

3.Store at 4℃

4.Warm to appropriate temperature prior to use
