Materials and Instruments

Citrate EDTA PBS PFA
2. 10 ul fluorescent labeled antibody, add 100 ul PBS, then 5 ul whole blood (sample tube); 10 ul antibody isotype control, add 100 ul PBS, then 5 ul whole blood (control tube); mix gently, and incubate at room temperature for 15 min.
3. Add 2-3 ml of PBS (1% PFA) to terminate the reaction, and test on the machine. Analyze.
