Operation method

Detection of platelet surface markers

Principle

Whole blood fluorescent monolabeling for platelet CD62p, CD63, CD42b, CD41, CD61.

Materials and Instruments

Fluorescently Labeled Antibodies Whole Blood
Citrate EDTA PBS PFA

Move

1. Blood collection was anticoagulated with citrate or EDTA.

2. 10 ul fluorescent labeled antibody, add 100 ul PBS, then 5 ul whole blood (sample tube); 10 ul antibody isotype control, add 100 ul PBS, then 5 ul whole blood (control tube); mix gently, and incubate at room temperature for 15 min.

3. Add 2-3 ml of PBS (1% PFA) to terminate the reaction, and test on the machine. Analyze.
