How does the sealer work?
To use, add 0.5-1 μg to 100 μL of volumetric cell suspension (1x10^6 cells), i.e. 1 μL-2 μL, and incubate for 10 minutes at room temperature. For Fc receptor-rich cells like macrophages, it is recommended to add 2 μL for containment.
