Recipe

1.Dissolve the following in 80ml PBS

0.4g Trypan blue

2.Bring to a slow boil

3.Cool to room temperature

4.qs to 100ml with PBS

Add 0.1 volumes of trypan blue solution to 0.9 volumes of cells in PBS. Unstained cells are viable.
