It is exploited for high yield recombinant protein production in Chinese hamster ovary (CHO) cells.GSEM Supplement has been used as a supplement for ProCHO5 Protein-free medium for culturing Chinese hamster ovary (CHO) cells and selective medium for NS0 myeloma cells.
