GTP is guanosine-5 '- triphosphate, which is called guanosine-5' - triphosphate in Chinese. It can be used in a variety of related applications in molecular biology, such as in vitro transcription, RNA amplification, siRNA synthesis and so on. In addition, as a phosphate or pyrophosphate Messenger, GTP plays an important role in signal transduction: GTP can activate G protein, which can induce a cascade reaction mediated by a variety of protein kinases, resulting in a variety of cytological behaviors, such as cell proliferation and differentiation. GTP can also be used as a high-energy precursor of single nucleotide to participate in the enzymatic synthesis of DNA and RNA. This product is GTP sodium saline solution with purity ≥ 99% (HPLC), the concentration is 100mM ± 5mM, and there is no pollution of endonuclease, exonuclease and ribonuclease.
This product is produced with raw and auxiliary materials of medicinal specifications, and all kinds of pollution in the production process are strictly controlled. The product production and quality management procedures in line with GMP specifications ensure the traceability of the production process and all raw and auxiliary materials.
