  Gum Arabic, also known as acacia gum, is a natural plant-derived gum extracted from trees of the Acacia genus. It has a complex molecular structure, mainly consisting of arabinose, galactose, glucuronic acid, and other components. The 25% Gum Arabic Aqueous Solution is composed of gum arabic, deionized water, preservatives, and other ingredients. As a thickener, it is mostly used for the mounting of tissue sections. This reagent is for research use only and not intended for clinical diagnosis or any other purposes.

Operating Procedures (for reference only)

1. After completing the staining process, aspirate as much staining solution as possible from the sample.

2. Add a drop of the 25% Gum Arabic Aqueous Solution onto the tissue section, then place a coverslip over it to ensure the section is fully contacted by the mounting medium. Avoid introducing air bubbles as much as possible.

Precautions

1. If only a small volume is required for each use, the reagent can be appropriately aliquoted prior to application.

2. For your safety and health, please wear a lab coat and disposable gloves during operation.

3. Please use the reagent as soon as possible after opening to prevent any adverse effects on subsequent experimental results.
