HA201a Adjuvant System adopts a dual synergistic liposomal delivery composite adjuvant design consisting of QS-21 (saponin immunostimulant) and 3D-MLA (TLR4 agonist). Via synergistic activation of the two components, it efficiently initiates innate immune responses, facilitates effective antigen presentation, and subsequently drives robust adaptive immune reactions. This mechanism has been validated in multiple clinical vaccine studies, laying a regulatory-compliant immunological foundation for developing high-efficacy vaccines.

Transportation and Storage
