Flow cytometric analysis of HClO in RAW264.7 macrophages using the HKOCl‑3 probe. 

Black: blank control (unstained cells). 

Blue: unstimulated cells incubated with 2 μM HKOCl‑3 only, showing basal fluorescence level. 

Red: stimulated cells incubated with 2 μM HKOCl‑3 + 500 ng/mL PMA; intracellular HClO reacts with the probe, resulting in a marked rightward shift of the fluorescence signal with significantly enhanced intensity.
