The Janus micromotors are self-propelled at a very high speed in a 0.001% hydrazine solution owing to osmotic effects.


Application

Hydrazine solution was used in the synthesis of molecular metal chalcogenide, (N 2 H 4 ) 3 (N 2 H 5 ) 4 Sn 2 Se 6 complex, a precursor for SnSe 2 deposition on TiO 2 nanocrystalline porous films.
