Instructions for Use

1. Operate according to the specific requirements of the experiment.

2. Mix freshly isolated mitochondria with an equal volume of Janus Green B staining solution (0.2%).

3. Generally, stain for 1–3 minutes, depending on the sample type.

1. Mitochondria to be stained should be freshly isolated and stained as soon as possible.

2. When using this kit for the first time, it is recommended to test with 1–2 samples in a preliminary experiment.
